Visit 1 — Measure and mould. We test your hearing, discuss where your ears take the most noise, and take soft impressions of each ear — painless and over in minutes.
Visit 2 — Fit and check. Your finished moulds are fitted, the seal is tested, and we show you cleaning and care that keeps them perfect.
Every year — Review free. A quick annual check keeps the fit exact and your baseline hearing test up to date.
