In-Office Ear Procedures

Ear examination under bright clinic light
Quick, Gentle, Done Today

Small procedures, sorted in a single visit.

Not everything needs a hospital. Our in-office ear procedures handle the common, uncomfortable things — impacted wax, fluid behind the drum, sudden hearing drops, sore mould fittings — right here in the clinic chair, usually within one appointment.

Everything is done under the microscope with numbing where it helps, and you walk out with written aftercare and a direct number in case anything worries you later.

How It Works

In and out, with nothing to fear.

Before — we show, then do. You see the plan on screen, we numb the area when it helps, and children get the play-by-play in words they understand.

During — minutes, not hours. Most procedures take five to twenty minutes under the microscope, and a parent or companion can stay beside you.

After — written aftercare. Drops, precautions and review dates on paper, plus a helpline number for the "is this normal?" questions.

Good To Know

Common questions

For most ears, yes — we see exactly what we are doing under the microscope, it takes minutes, and there is no water pressure against the drum.

The procedure itself is brief and done under appropriate anaesthesia for the child's age. Afterwards most children are playing the same evening, with ear drops for a few days.

For wax removal, cautery and most injections — yes. If any sedation is used, we tell you in advance to bring someone along, and you rest here until you are steady.
